Henderson, NV – October 9, 2007 – Rhino Outdoor International, Inc. (RHOI.PK), which operates outdoor
activity based businesses, including wholly owned subsidiary W.E.ROCK Event, Inc., is pleased to report
that the company has entered into an agreement with Hebei Sida Industry Group, CO, LTD (HSIG) and a group
of their partners to design and oversee the construction of the rock crawling area and competition site
obstacles at the first of 20 parks planned for construction across the country over the next two years.
The initial park is to be built in Handan on land adjacent to the Rhino RTV factory and will include a
recreation center and RV parking pads. The rock crawling course will be a key feature in the series of
R.V. Parks. The W.E.ROCK design team will travel to China in November to over-see the course construction.
“Vacation travel and off-road recreation for the Chinese is growing at an incredible rate as it did in
America in the 50 and 60’s,” stated Howard Pearl, CEO & President of Rhino Outdoor International – the
parent company of W.E.ROCK, Event, Inc. “The market for off-road vehicles and accessories in China is
growing over 18% per year.” Earlier this year, ROI announced that it has partnered with (HSIG) for
production of the Rhino RTV off-road vehicle. HSIG will also be selling and distributing the innovative
off-road vehicle in China. ROI will be displaying its products with HSIG at iOffroad Asia – the first
international exhibition of off-road vehicles and accessories to be held in China at the World Trade
Center in Beijing, December 4th - 8th.
“We’re sending two of our best to China to insure we do the job right!” explained Pearl. “Dustin Webster,
the former head of the Red Bull rock crawling team and newly appointed Executive Director of W.E.ROCK and
‘Lil Rich’ Klein, one of the best competition course designers in the world will design the course and be
on site to oversee the construction.
“We are encouraged by our expanded activities in China,” continued Pearl. “New opportunities have been
presented to us within China’s Sanctioned Body of Sports. When you combine that with the growth of the
Chinese economy and their expanding interest in the Off Road sector, ROI and its subsidiaries are
positioned nicely in the market.”
