The Season Finale' at Rausch Creek Off-Road Park in PA was nothing short of a dominating sweep by Maxxis
Tires riders in both the Unlimited and Pro Modified Classes. Though a tough battle in both classes, Maxxis
drivers pulled through after several lead changes to become victorious. The Unlimited Class was where the
most lead changes went down with the largest comeback during regular season play occurring with Jesse
Haines and Brian Howard as after day one the duo would sit in forth place.

Day two would provide Haines and Howard with the ability to catch up as one course had over 30 points
worth of bonuses. One of few teams to attempt it and the only team to complete the bonus course of B4,
Haines and Howard moved quickly into first place after a day of beating every single team on every single
day two course. "The courses where just our style and luckily we were able to capitalize on it," Jesse
Haines stated in a post Shootout interview further explaining, "Our tires hooked up great, transferring
from man-made to natural terrain was no issue for us." Right behind Haines and Howard was the pressure
of the Campbell's. Brothers Shannon and Nick Campbell have done extremely well on both the East and West
Coast coming off 2 wins and trying to pull their streak into 3. With all efforts extinguished, the
Campbell's fell short by a mere 12 points which landed them still in a great spot for second place.
Rounding the field was Allen Woodson who going into the shootout sat in second place but after hitting
a cone and not being able to grab a bonus made the shift to third place.

The Pro Modified Class was lead for the majority of the event by Season Points Champion Ken Blume. Blume,
coming off a win at Jellico, TN and at the first season event of Hannibal, MO earlier this year had his
sights on gold at Rausch. A strong weekend would put him into a dead tie for the series championship with
2006 Eastern U.S. Nationals Champion Danny Rohrer and Chad Rolfert. Blume, with winning more events,
would win the series and Rohrer would take second for the series. Second for the event was the Son/Father
duo of Terry Dagen and Troy Dagen residing from Arizona. Rounding the field in thed Pro Modified Class
was Alan Rich who started the year in the Unlimited Class and moved into the Pro Mod Class due to class
growth and fun.

The Modified Stock Class had a fierce three-way battle after day one between Derek West, Jake Tennis, and
Becca Webster. The trio would strive for first place throughout the entire event until the Shootout where
Derek West and spotter Ritchie Keller would regain the lead and be the only Mod Stock team to complete the
course. West and Keller would moved their lead to a comfortable 60+ point gap over second place Jake
Tennis and 90+ points on third place Ricky Artes. West and Keller would regain the championship for the
third time in a row, a first for any W.E.ROCK team.
