Grand National Championship to decide nation's best

Preview
The 2009 W.E.ROCK Grand National Championships will be the competition where the best in the east will clash with the best from the west. This one competition will decided who will be able to place their names next to the legends of the sport as the best in the United States. The season in both divisions of the Pro-National series produced some legendary moments, and surprise winners. History was made as Campbell Enterprises went undefeated in the Pro-National East Series with two different drivers. Derek West was totally shut out of victory circle for the first time in his W.E.ROCK career. Four different winners took wins in the Unlimited class, and for the first time in W.E.ROCK history, a father and son, stood on the podium together after taking 1st and 3rd in unlimited competition. The Pro-National West Series saw three debutant courses added to their calendar for 2009. Legendary battles brought out races that would not conclude until the dust settled. Tucson saw Brad Lovell start the shootout in 4th and finish as the champion. Cedar City saw Jesse Haines leap frog over Cody Waggoner in the shootout to pick up the win. Reno saw Tracy Jordan end Brad Lovell's perfect season, and Jesse Haines again leapfrogging over Cody Waggoner to pick up the win in the shootout. Oroville would see Cody Waggoner triumph as unlimited champion, and Tracy Jordan would pick up the final win of the season in Pro-Modified after Brad Lovell crashed at the beginning of the shootout. Lovell would be the Pro-Modified Champion. Now the stage is set for Farmington. A place that through the years has been a legend maker.
Who will be able to take home the crown as 2009 Grand National Unlimited Champion? Could 2009 Unlimited Champion, Carl Shortridge, make the leap to the top of the nation, or can Chicky Barton take the glory for the east? Will Jesse Haines get redemption for last season's rain, and pick up his second GNC title? Can Jason Paule get the last laugh and take his second GNC title? Will Cody Waggoner take the final laugh and be the Unlimited Champ, or will someone else like Matt Messer or Brent Bradshaw have the final laugh?
The Pro-Modified Class is looking at a battle themselves. Derek West shocked the field last year with his dominating performance in Hannibal, will he cap off the season with a three-peat? (West was 2007 Stock Modified GNC Champ, and 2008 Pro-Modified GNC Champ) Can Shannon or Nick Campbell take home the title for Monster Energy? Shannon Campbell will also be gunning for a three-peat of GNC titles. (2007-2008 Unlimited GNC Champion) Tracy Jordan has been the head of the Pro-Modified field in the west for the second half of the season. Will Jordan triumph to pick up his first GNC title? Can Brad Lovell or Bill Kunz take the title for the ever present Torchmate Super Team? Or can another team emerge to shock the world, and win the 2009 W.E.ROCK GNC title? All roads point toward Farmington for October 3-4. It will be legendary.
