This event is the second event in the W.E. Rock Eastern Pro Rock Crawling Series! The natural terrain of this location is one of the favorites for the Pro Competitors. Be sure to join us on Friday in town to meet the drivers and then two days of competition on Saturday and Sunday for the most extreme Rock Crawling you have ever seen! Bring a lawn chair and plan on hanging out!

This event is also special because it combines another rock crawling series – RRock – with the W.E. Rock competitors. Competitors can enter either or both series.

Did you know that YOU CAN COMPETE ALSO? There is a STOCK Class that you can enter. $100 entry fee for trophy and bragging rights! Just need to have two fire extinguisher, a seatbelt harness, a solid roof and a helmet!

Over the weekend we crowned the Central Series champions in the third and final event of the Series. Hundereds of spectators winessed the domination of Levi Shirley as he claimed his championship crown. Not only in the race, but in the series as well. The mud did little to dampen the spirits of the Dirt Riot competitors.

A record number of UTV’s were entered in the race with newcomer Terrell Gauny taking the finish in a stock 800. The Mod Trail saw winner Shelby Gilstrap taking her first win and newcomer Cameron Chin of Krawltex taking the win in the Stock Trail class.

Thanks to our hosts Josh Rode and Holland Ligon at Canyons Offroad Park and the whole Crawling Chaos team, the park was ready and waiting when the Dirt Riot crew showed up. Aside from the 25 hours of rain received from the time we arrived, the park was green and beautiful with many canyons to be raced.

Special thanks to the volunteers, recovery crew, front gate staff and all others who helped make a successful event. W.E. Rock Western Series Round 2 Cedar City

Over the weekend, hundreds of spectators enjoyed the beautiful blue skies in Cedar City, Utah for the Western Round 2 competition.

The weather was beautiful and the competition hot in the Pro Mod class. Unlimited champion Jesse Haines made the move to Pro Mods in his #4499 car, competing against annual stalwart Aaron Sykes in his new SuperChips car and new competitor Jason Feuilly in his Jimmy’s 4×4 rig. Shawn McNearney rounded out the ProMod competitors. The competition heated up through the fifth obstacle, after that, the show was over with Jason taking the lead and keeping it.

Pit Bull Tires Titles UTV Dirt Riot Race at Area BFE Moab Utah $2500 Cash Purse Available

PLACERVILLE, CA MARCH 10, 2012: The 2012 Dirt Riot Mountain Series will be at AreaBFE in Moab, Utah on April 7, 2012, the big Saturday of Easter Jeep Safari. Pit Bull Tires has stepped up to offer a $2,500 cash purse for the UTV Class. Mike Green, president of Pit Bull Tires, states, “Pit Bull is excited to team with Dirt Riot Endurance Racing in offering the purse, as well as becoming the marquee sponsor for the class.”

This is the first cash purse for the UTV class at any Dirt Riot race. The UTV class is open to anyone with a side-by-side that meets these basic safety requirements: doors, solid roof, four-point harness, two 2 ½ lb fire extinguishers, and an approved DOT or Snell helmet. The UTV race course will include high speed and technical sections along with rock trails that will challenge these nimble vehicles. The race will be one hour in length and conclude with a Grand Prix finish. The race is open to all drivers 16 years and older. Entry fee is $100.

Tech and registration will be held at the Cabo Grill, 395 S. Main in Moab from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, April 6th. This is an opportunity for drivers to put their cars on display and talk to the spectators about the upcoming race.

Dirt Riot Endurance Racing is open to all four wheel drive vehicles. There are six classes of vehicles: UTV, Stock Trail, Modified Trail, 4500, 4600 and 4400 classes. For more information, please visit the website at www.werocklive.com.
